Hero skin variations in Paragon are color reworks of available skins that can be obtained exclusively through opening loot crate. As of this moment skin variations for default skins are available for all heroes except for Crunch, Feng Mao, Grim.exe, Muriel, Narbash, Riktor and Steel. Skin variations for challenger skins and master skins are not available.
