Unique Passive

Reaper's Siphon, in addition to 12 Power and 4% Crit Chance, also has a Unique Passive that makes your basic attacks on jungle minions restore 8 health. The passive works on all jungle minions, including the Orb Prime Guardian.

Doesn't stack with other Siphons.
