Unique Passive

Quenching Scales, in addition to 60 Health and 30 Mana also has an Unique Passive which grants 0.6 Mana Regen to nearby Allies in a radius.

Stacks with other sources of Mana Regen.

Maxed Unique Active

When maxed, this card also gains an Unique Active which restores 225 Health to yourself and nearby Allies, and grants 24 Basic Armor to nearby Allies for 20 seconds.

Only affects players once every 20 seconds. Consumes 75 Mana when used.
