The Masteries are an aspect of Paragon. They are a form of experience that applies to specific heroes rather than the player as a whole. All heroes start without a Mastery, however it can be purchased for 25,000 Reputation or 25 Coins. Once you purchase the Mastery, your Hero will start at rank 1, and it can be further levelled up until level 10. Each level gives you rewards like chests or cards. Once you hit level 10, you need to purchase the next Rank for a higher price. Each Rank gives you rewards like Skins, Banners, Crowns and Loot Crate Keys. Max Rank is 99.
Each Rank also increases the amount of Experience and Stars you and your teammates get at the end of the match (if you were playing a hero with a Mastery)
