Hinder-Beast, in addition to 60 
Health also has an Unique Passive which, when carrying any Jungle Buff (River Buff, River Buff or Gold Buff), your basic attacks Slow targets by 10% for 1.5 seconds, in addition to the bonuses that buff gives you.
