Epic Games is the studio that created and developed Paragon. It was initially founded under the name of Potomac Computer systems in 1991 by Tim Sweeney and also release it's first product ZZT that same year. They later changed their name to Epic MegaGames and in 1999, changed it to Epic Games. [1]
They have created a multitude of IP's over the years including Gears of War which was later sold in January of 2014 to Microsoft. Other recent games include a new Battle Royale called Fortnite . Paragon was announced on November 4th of 2015 and is currently dead.
